Generally, guinea pigs do not need their ear wax cleaned out. If it becomes excessive, you can use the tip of a soft cloth and some otoclens to gently wipe away wax. Also make sure to take your pet to a specialized "exotics" vet for checkups frequently, in case ear trouble is symptomatic of other issues.

Be very careful with the ears - you can use the corner of a soft cloth and something gentle like otoclens on earwax, but if there is a lot it may be an issue to discuss with your vet. Always go to an EXOTICS vet (qualified in rodents, not an ordinary vet) to ensure quality care.

Get a cotton ball and wet it with a little bit of warm water, then gently rub the inside of the guinea pig's ear to remove the wax from it.

Mainly regular bathing will help to cut down on the earwax inside your guinea pigs ear. But once there is already wax inside a guinea pigs ears you can go and get ear drops.
