Again, this one should be left to a professional. Changing brakes can be very expensive, and if you don't know what you are doing, can do damage to your vehicle. Get an estimate and then decide what you want to do.

I would NOT change the rear brakes on this particular vehicle; I would take it to a trained professional. There are too many springs and other parts in the rear.

I wouldn't try this myself. It's fairly difficult only because I ended up screwing up badly. Take it to a mechanic. Expect to pay around 200 or so without hesitation.

Brace the vehicle, remove the wheels and drums, unhook the break pads but make note of how they are hooked, and replace the pads with new ones.

Note that this is not an easy task. First, you need to jack the car up on its rear end and just let the wheels hang. Tear off the rear tires and then the drums as to expose the pads. Now, rip off those two springs. Finally, give that wheel cylinder a good compression, and then install the needed parts.
