How do I change the modulator in my Dodge 1995?

check with your mechanic. sometimes all the shifting modules are inside of the transmission.also,many of the modules are electric and controlled by the computer.

The modulator is going to be located on the side of the transmission. It is really easy to replace and there are only four bolts holding it on and a wiring harness. The only think that will be tough is trying to get to it since it will probably be close to the top of the transmission.
