How do I change the fuel filter on a Dodge?

It's a 2004.

Remove the filter housing cover,remove the old fuel filter from the canister.Remove the old filter and O-ring.Lubricate the new O-ring and install new fuel filter to the lid, making sure the hole faces downward.Reinstall the lid with the filter attached,being careful not to over tighten.

It's on the left side of the engine block down low, (on the right side if you are looking at the engine with the hood up). It is a canister with a drain cock and a spin off top. Replace the filter at least once a year and twice is better

This is simple, just open up the hood. Be sure to prop the hood up and then reach in and unscrew the housing for the filter and remove it.
