It is simple to change my mouse cursor.Go to Start and then go to settings in settings that have the option of control panel in that there was a mouse option in that have pointer of several options. In that list you can select your cute cursor of yours.

You can download custom cursors by doing an online search. If you try to change your cursor from your computer options, it's not going to be anything cute. Avoid Scams.
