What exactly are you working on and have you already generated the arrows? If you know how to generate the arrows changing them would involve just a little change in the CSS code. Can you let us know where you have the stuff?
You can use cursor: style properties to generate arrows and change them to what you require. Try checking out some online help sites on how to do this.

Yup - search google for CSS generated arrows and you will get tons of help from forums and 'how to' pages. Putting the whole code etc here is a little difficult. add a comment
In software the css directional arrows can be changed to pointer or the direction alone can be changed. With the help of programs we can change the directions of the arrow.
