Remove plant from container. If the soil is wet, too much watering could be the cause. Make sure you have hole in bottom of container for drainage system. Putting broken shell or pottery in bottom of container helps also. Repot plant using fresh soil and water lightly.

Well first off you always wanna pull off the dead or diying leaves to help prevent the spread of the rotting. Second you might have them in the wrong kind of enverment. They could be getting too much moister. They also might not be getting the right amount of light.

Your spider plants are rotting because they are too wet for too long. To remedy this, cut back the tendrils to the central part of the plant. Dig out any rotting soil or plant material in the core. Take the whole plant outside and hose off.

It is rotting because you are giving it too much water, let the plant dry out before giving any water, you can also try repotting the healthy parts of the plant.
