Find the stud in the area where you want to hang the chime. Screw in the hook and then add a little stucco patch to the hole to seal it.

Stucco is just a concrete finish to the side of your house and is 3/8" to 3/4" thick. The actual attachment of the bracket/screws needs to be into the structure UNDER the stucco. Drill holes and use screws at least 2" long and then caulk the holes to prevent leaks.

Suitable screw to be put at the backside which will make it to get fixed close to the wall. It will in turn give a good look as if it is pained on the wall.

In order to hand these type of chimes on your exterior you will need a few different type of tools. Some of the tools will include a hammer and nails.
