If you do a Google search for msdbrptr.dll you will find that many websites have a copy of it available for download at no cost. Save a copy of it to your desktop then cut and paste or drag and drop it into the file folder where you need to place it.

msdbrptr.dll is a Registery file and should not be added without careful consideration. You could add it directly into your registery, but that my cause hardware issues.

To add msdbrptr.dll as a registered dll file in Windows, first copy the file into the System32 folder which is under the Windows folder on the main hard disk, then once it's there, right click and choose register dll component, and there you go, it's added.
