How do adjust the incoming mail HTML font size in Outlook?

With CTRL+Mouse Scroll in Reading Pane you can zoom in or out the text in the message. For plain text choose the Tools>Options.. Menu.

Go into your outlook settings and look for the font tab. In that tab you will find many options for fonts like changing colors and such, including the option to change the size of your font.

Select View | Current View | Customize Current View... from the menu in Outlook. Click Other Settings.... Click on Row Font.... Choose the desired font, font style and size. Click OK. Click OK again. Click OK once more.

In outlook click on "Tools" on the top of the screen then scroll down that list to the bottm and select "options" Then click the "mail format tab" at teh top of the dialog box Then click the Stationary and fonts button. From there you can selct different fonts for different areas of outlook.
