It is isn't to difficult. It is held in place by about 3-4 bolts and has a positive and negative lead that needs to be disconnected prior to removal. You then replace the starter and connect the leads back.
Fairly easy, disconnect battery so that you don't accidentally get shocked, and the take out the old starter, and replace it with the new starter. Make sure it fits first before you take the starter out.
