People say I need more charisma but can it be learned?

Answer by  whoareyou (3483)

While changing our personality is very difficult, it can be done. Charisma is about the way you interact with people, it's a calm, assertive, happy feeling that you pass on.

Charisma only comes as a second to confidence. Psych yourself up; before you walk into a room or situation, listen to some music that makes you happy, take a deep breath and tell yourself that you are amazing and you can do anything, and walk into the room with your shoulders back, chin up and a smile on your face.

Charisma is a leadership quality with a person attracts others. Charismatic people can use this attribute positively or negatively, since it is a source of power but not of moral character. Whether this is learned or naturally endowed is a subject of some debate. Certainly confidence and the expectation that others will follow is a key characteristic.

Charisma is not really learned; it's something some people just have. You can work on being more sociable and easy to talk to, which might help. You should be interesting.
