In order to dry up your breast milk you need to not express any milk from your breasts and do not breastfeed. It may get a little uncomfortable and if it too tolerable a little may be expelled but do not completely empty the breast. If the breast is not emptied your body will adjust and eventually stop producing.

Don't breastfeed and avoid agitation of the nipples and your milk production will dwindle down to nothing. Heating pads and hot showers can help with discomfort. Resist the urge to pump your breasts. The milk will just come back if you pump it out.

It does not work quickly, but the most natural way to dry up your breast milk is to stop breastfeeding. This works best if it is done gradually, rather than stopping all at once, to prevent pain and engorgement. You can still expect to have some breast milk production for several months thereafter, but do not express the milk.

Using warm, running water, keep squeezing out the milk using your warm hands. Do it several times a day. It takes about a week but it works.

Of course you can. All you have to do to dry up your milk is stop breastfeeding. You breasts only create milk when there is a demand for milk. When there is no more demand, there will be no more milk, though it may be a little painful.
