Ensure that there is adequate supervision, and if you are really concerned, you should attend there while your child is. Make sure that the equipment is in good repair (ask around to see if there have been any good or bad experiences), and watch the other kids playing in the center.

It depends on what you are trying to keep them safe from. Always wash hands and sanitize, if they are younger than five, either follow them around and play with them, or keep a very close eye on them.

Before you even visit a indoor play center you need to go over the rules with the children and tell them what you expect.

Use hand sanitizer on them to make sure they don't get germs from the other kids. Watch them very carefully and if they start doing dangerous things get them out immediately. If you can take an older kid with them to keep an eye on them.
