How can I treat a clogged sweat gland in my armpit?

I generally use hot compresses until it either pops on it's own or reabsorbs. If you are really desperate a long hot shower followed by a liberal covering of Noxema should do the trick. To prevent them at all you should find deodorant with the lowest percentage of aluminum salts you can stand and not be smelly.

The best remedy for clogged pores not only in your armpits but for your entire body is to exfoliate, Try to use a body wash that addresses your specific skin type and has at least 10% Benzoyl Peroxide.

Clogged sweat glands can be painful and can become infected. Applying wet heat and enzyme or acid based skin cleaners to break down the hardened sweat can be very helpful. This could also be an ingrown hair and as such may require breaking skin to remove the hair. A skin specialist can help you with this.

after bath take lemon and apply it in your armpit and make sure it tries up, take a little lime and and apply it on you armpit.
