I'm pretty sure this is the only way to do this. All you have to do is insert the sim card into the phone. Go to contacts you should see all you contacts that are on the sim card. Highlight one of them select options and go to copy or move to phone.

Yes just look the feature where you can copy numbers from the phone to the sim card and viceversa. Be sure that you are selecting the one that copy from the card to the phone.

You need to call customer service from a home phone and have your cell phone with the sim card and iphone available. They will give you the codes for it.

In cell phone, go to contact - go to delete all contacts - select my sim card to phone and press enter to transfer from sim to iphone.

memory are split into sim and iphone memory and first save numbers in sim card memory and the our won convenence time change from sim to iphone at a same time delete the sim memory.
