How can I tell if my computer has a CD burner?

Check the front of the computer. If your CD drive is capapable of burning CD's it will read "CDRW" or had Rewritable written on it. If your drive also lists DVD-RW, it is also capable of burning CD's as well.

The most basic thing to do, is check on the front of the disk drive. If it has Compact Disc Rewritable written on it, then it IS a CD burner.
