it's about trust.Keep it away from other doves cause if they have a another dove to depend on it won't need you at all. start by first getting the bird used to you being around very slow over time start trying to hand feed the bird and pet it with time and patience the bird will start to trust you.

Well to help you, you need to gain some experience with taming the doves. First of all, make sure that you keep the dove away from other doves or they will not listen to you at all. Then you want to provide some exercises and give them incentives like food.

Well to tame wild doves you will need to get an instructor. Perhaps you can offer some form of incentive such as food to get them going to do a task. You will need a specialist to help you out. There are some taming exercises that are available on google.

My best bet would be to try and tame the ones in the parks being the ones that are most used to humans. Give them seeds and slowly get closer

Throw rice grains out to them daily as their feed and keep a bird bath ready. You will slowly find them getting attracted towards these and will slowly become friendly with you.

I don't know how you can tame wild doves, but one thing for sure will be a constant supply of food and water at designate spots. Do not disturb them while they feed. Gradually cut down the food supply and eventually they will come to you for more feeding.
