How can I take guardianship away from my father's brother?

This is a comlicated matter taht requireslegal representation. Guardianship of a child is usually decided by a judge in family court. Do not take matters into yoru own hands.

You'll have to prove that he is unfit for guardianship. Via health, misappropriation of funds, inability to care for your father, etc.

If your father will assign guardianship to you, that is the simplest way. Otherwise you have to petition the court for guardianship and prove why you will be a more appropriate guardian. You my want to gather statements from your father's caregivers, or ask for a guardian ad litem.

You will have to petition th court to take away any guardianship power and prove any wrong doing in the meantime.
