Keep the finch in a warm, dry area. Feed it every 1-2 hours with a syringe and pet baby bird formula from the local pet store. Make sure to hold the bird gently while feeding.
The best thing to do is to contact a licensed wildlife rehabilitator. If you have no choice but to raise them yourself, google for "avianweb" and search there for "wild baby bird" or similar.
