Use a puddy epoxy. PC-7 is one type you can use. You mix to parts that have the consistancy of clay and then you mold it into the holes or cracks. It sticks to and seals the gutters and it hardens as strong as steel. That will fix the leak as long as you use a clean surface.

First, you have to find out why it is leaking in the first place. Then you can either replace the gutter or plug up the holes causing the leak. There are also gutter guards you can put on them. If they are metal, they may be rusting out. Plastic gutters usually hold up better and don't rust.

Depends where the leak is. If it's at a joint simply put silicone in the joint. If water spills over the edge drain is clogged and should be cleared.

You can stop your gutter from dripping by doing some alter works in the gutter, like pasting the place that drip will occur, do some alteration works in that spot.
