There is probably no sure way of stopping a cat from sneezing as sneezing in cats is involuntary. However if your cat is sneezing excessively it could be done to an allergy or sensitivity to somekind of chemical so the way to reduce the cats sneezing would be to reduce the exposure to the substance it is allergic or sensitive to.

First you need to determine the reason. Most likely it is an allergy. If you have carpets take them out of get them professionally cleaned and remove allergens from them. And in the meantime take your cat to a vet.

To stop your cats from sneezing, you will need to determine the source of the sneezing. See your vet for a diagnosis so that you can decide upon testing or treatment options together. In the interim, provide plenty of water and a clean/stress-free home environment, and wipe your cats' muzzles!

By taking them to the vet. Cats are very prone to Upper Respiratory Infections, and untreated they are deadly. You can't treat it yourself and it is very infectious, I note you specified "cats"- you need to get them vetted. They will just pass it back and forth- we think cats are low maintenance, but not for this.

You can't and shouldn't. Sneezing is a natural way of removing dirt and dust from the lungs and air pipe.
