How can I remove one switch of two switch circuit?

Although I'd recommend hiring an electrician to do any electrical work it is a simple problem, by connecting the wires either side of the switch you can bypass the switch.

The easiest way to remove a switch in a circuit is to short the wires the switch is breaking and connecting. To do this, remove the swich and hook the wires up together. If you can't short the wires, connect them to the remaining switch in the two switch circuit.

Remove the switch you do not want. Take both (red) wires out of the switch and twist them together with a wire nut. Cover the old switch's hole.
