Well, you'd have to use a glass cleaner (or a regular bathroom soap scum cleaner since they're stronger). Spray it and let it soak for half an hour. Then use a sponge and start removing the soap scum!

Steam cleaners excel in this area. Spray the soap scum with steam and then wipe the glass with a nylon brush or scrubbing pad while it is hot. If you do not have a steam cleaner, and the glass is flat, you can carefully use a razor blade to scrape the soap scum away.

White vinegar will help. Just apply some to the area and leave it in the glass. Let it dissolve fully and then scrub it off with a toothbrush. You should be pleased with the results

Lime away works well for very concentrated spots. Vinegar or a paste of baking soda and a little water with a non scratching scrubber works very well.

The best and simplest glass cleaning method is to use vinegar and water with a cloth to clean the windows. To avoid streaks you should use an old newspaper to dry the windows.

I think you could try using Windex, that would work nicely. You could also try using a little commet or something else like that and see what happens. You might even be able to try and use hot water.

Spray soap scum with a heavy duty cleaner designed for soap scum and allow to sit for about 10 minutes. Begin wipping with a wet cloth and the soap scum should come right off the glass. If one application does not fully remove the soap scum, repeat the process until the glass is clean.
