How can I relieve cramps under my ribs around ovulation?

Take a warm shower or bath. Place a heating pad on the area where your cramps are. Drink milk or tea. Magnesium helps with cramps too.

Take as directed some antiinflammatories such as ibuprofen or other mild analgesics such as panadol or acetometaphin. If it is really bad, see a physician.

Evening Primrose Oil is an excellent natural treatment for menstrual cramps, if you are able to one position that works very well is to lay flat on the floor on your back and to elevate your legs, perhaps onto a sofa or low stool, remember to bend your knees, this helps with the pain as well.

You can releive it by taking tablets after consulting a gynaecologist. It can be caused mainly due to fungus infections.
