How can I recieve a pardon for two misdemeanor charges that are 3 years old?

Since your two charges are misdemeanors you do not have to seek pardon, but can have them expunged from your record (removed). To do so they can not be sexually related,this can only be your first expunged case, you were not jailed without possibility for parole, you have no pending cases now, and they are more than one year old.

Hiring an attorney to get these charges expunged from your record is the easiest way. Sometimes you can attempt to write the judge a letter yourself, most of the time this doesn't work. If you had an attorney he should help you. If not any attorney will for a fee.
