Its prettly easy just take the old one off get the new one and put it on but make sure it the bolts are very tight.

Unless you have access to a full set of metric tools including pneumatic sockets, air wrenches and other specialized tools you would have a difficult time doing this yourself. If you have access to the tools, buy a repair manual for the specific make and model you want to fix. It will guild you through the correct steps.

Disconnect battery d leads to starter. Remove bolts in starter and remove starter. Reverse order to reinstall. Always connect positive batt cable first and neg last to prevent possible damage.

Always disconnect the battery first. Disconnect the elctrical connections. Remove the bolts for it. Typically 2 or 3 of them. Bolt up the new starter, replace the wiring. Connect battery.
