How can I minimize my thighs?

I have really big thighs and I need to hide them.

Try special undergarments with control tops. The brand Spanx is very good at minimizing. Try making clothing options that will emphasize a part of your body you like, and bring the attention away from your thighs.

You should wear dark wash jeans without big pockets in the front. If you are wearing dress pants, avoid stripes and go for a wide leg. Also, a boot cut, wide leg, or flare will minimize the appearance of thighs. Pointy-toed shoes also help to elongate the leg line and made the thighs appear slimmer.

Long flowing skirts are the easiest way to reduce the obviousness of large thighs. Do not wear a tight belt. Wear a loose jacket over the skirt, reducing the contrast of the size of the thighs against your waist and breasts. Your shoes can be a bright contrast color to the outfit.

If you are trying to reduce the amount of fat that you have in the thigh region, you will need to do exercises that will strenghen your legs such as squats and lunges. If you are too muscular, then you should avoid all leg exercises and focus on the butt and calf.

Doing exercise regularly will help your thighs to lose weight. Running and jogging is one of the best thing where one can reduce the thighs. Being on diet, fasting will also help you to lose weight but running will help you to minimise your thighs. Sitting and standing exercise is also very good for reducing your thighs

You can wear skirts, wide leg pants, buy a thigh slimmer from Target/Walmart, get a tan (tans make you look slimmer), or if you have some time start working out (I recommend running).
