How can I make my 3rd childbirth easier?

There must be something I can do - my first 2 childbirths were pretty painful.

I would recommend doing pelvic exercises only after your 20 th week of pregnancy. This will encourage your pelvic floor muscles to be stronger by the time the baby is born. A simple exercise like this can prevent longer labor, and also prevent painful tears in the perineum during labor.

Simple excercises and walks can relax your body muscles and this will help during the delivery. Consume more juices and this will give you energy. Pouring warm water at your back from 8th month also relaxes your muscles and reduce pain during childbirth.

There is nothing easy about childbirth, you know that by having 2 already. Take an epideral as soon as you can and don't turn down pain medicine. Also do alot of praying!!!

I've always heard that exercise, especially walking, will ease childbirth and make things go better. Your doctor may have some good ideas. Each childbirth is supposed to get easier so maybe this one will go easy. A good diet and plenty of rest can go a long way in helping ease the pain of childbirth.

Making your childbirth SHORTER is a more realistic goal. Keep up and walking for as long as you can. And consider an epidural if you really can't tolerate pain.

Try to follow your bodies signals. If you are craving something, just eat it. If you are tired, sleep. DO not overwork yourself and just take it easy.

You can take classes, and also yoga is a wonderful option for preparing the body for labor; there are special pregnancy moves to prep you for a much easier delivery.
