Make a 13x9 cake. Frost it with yellow. Ice a third of it with red to represent the pants. When the icing crusts use a lid from a bottle dipped in powdered sugar, push down into the icing to resemble the sponge "holes". Thread marshmellows for arms and legs & use cut marshmellows for eyes with black licorice for mouth.

After making divits with a spoon in a square cake, use a glaze to glue in the crumbs. Frost the cake your desired color of yellow, using a darker yellow in the divits. You can make his legs and shoes using twinkies and cupcakes. Finish decorating.

Well all you need to do is get some food coloring and bake a normal sheet cake. Then lay it out and cut it in to his shape. Then use the food coloring to color you icing for each part. Look online for examples as well a helpful tips.
