Geckos are extremely hard to get rid of, there really isn't too much you can do aside from catching each one and letting them out. The good thing is, they'll catch all the bugs.

Geckos eat crickets. The best thing to do is to create a pit trap (i. e. a cardboard box) with crickets in it that the geckos can get into and not out of. Then remove from your house.

Just make sure that you seal up any cracks in the walls and seal up the space in between the door and the floor. Other than that they will just come in sometimes somehow.
