How can I get rid of the bumps under my eyes?

I have skin tabs which have become more noticeable as I've gotten older. They're primarily under my eyes, and I'd like to get rid of them.

Bumps under the eyes are caused due to loosening of the muscles under the eyes. One way to tone up the muscles is to raise the eye brows with your fingers and then try to close the eyes by raising the lower eye lids. This exercises the muscles.

The only way to remove them is surgical excision. However, it is a very minor procedure performed under local anesthesia.

Botox could work, or cold compresses under the eyes. Reducing the circulation to the area will cause the skin to retract and shrink. Surgery is always a final option, but don't do anything drastic.

I also have bumps around/under my eyes. The Dermatologist told me that I could pay to have them removed but they would reappear, thus wasting my money. He told me I can remove them myself by scratching them. (Sounds gross, I know. ) I have found that this works.
