How can I get rid of neck fat?

I think neck fat is so unattractive.

There is no real way to lose neck fat. Body fat spreads itself out over your entire body. What you can do is exercise your upper body and tone your chubby areas. Work the muscles you never knew you had. Stretch your neck and tighten those muscles. Once your body fat falls so will your neck fat.

Losing weight in particular part of your body is nearly impossible. To reduce fat in one area you need to lose weight overall with diet and exercise, or you could revert to a more drastic solution like cosmetic surgery.

You can't spot reduce, meaning if you do neck exercises it won't burn fat only in your neck. You have to burn fat overall and it'll slowly reduce.

You can try to lose weight in general, by working out and reducing your calorie intake. Another option is to undergo a face lift or other form of plastic surgery. Although this method is more extreme it is guaranteed to work (if you have a good doctor)

Despite the common myth, you can not spot reduce to get rid of fat in one specific area (such as the neck). To get rid of neck fat you need to do the same thing you'd do to get rid of fat anywhere. Exercise, eat right, and eat less.

You cannot get rid of one section of fat on your body by itself, unless you want to use liposuction which is dangerous when used on your neck due to the many blood vessels and nerves. You should lose weight overall to get rid of neck fat. Use a sensible weight loss regimine consisting of diet and exercise.

I agree with all the previous answers, they are all very helpful. Personally I would do lots and lots of cardio, build up to about 1 hour per day. Also supplements can help as well because it eliminates fat, you don't need supplements but they sure help!

There are a few exercises you can try to exercise your neck. All in all if you lose weight you will lose neck fat as you slim down. They sell a chin exercise machine for your double chin if you have one.
