Applying a generous amount of mayonnaise might work. You could also wind some thread around the finger just behind the ring. Thread the end through the ring and pull steadily. The ring should be pulled along with the thread as it unravels.

rub soap, butter, anything oily on your finger and try to slide it off. also make sure the tip of your finger is pointing up so the blood is draining out of your hand

put your whole hand in an bowl full of ice-water... this will shrink your hand considerably. then add some lubricant like oil or soap. that should do the trick.

There are many things you can do to remove a ring from a swollen finger. One of which would be to allow cold water to run over your finger to reduce the swelling. If this does not work try applying lotion to your finger so that you can easily slip off the ring.

I suggest you try rubbing soap on your finger. The soapsuds should make your finger slippery enough that you can slip the ring off. So, rub soap on your finger (or your whole hand if that's easier), then tugs gently on the ring until it gets in contact with the soapsuds and you can pull it off your finger.
