Salvage yard is the best place to check. Just keep trying and you will find it. Don't expect it to be the right color. You can also search your make and model and year of car and look for aftermarket parts that may be cheaper. I used an aftermarket fender on my 4Runner and it was fine.

To get a brand new door panel for either a Chevrolet or a GMC you should contact a dealer or oem parts dealer. You can get one from a auto recycler or salvage yard but the condition may not be very good.
