Pull the bangs to one side and cut at a 45 degree angle up towards the center. When you let go of the hair, they will be the right angle.

Section your hair,part it vertically on your head,brush bangs forward and spray them until damp. Bring the comb through to the end of the hair and hold it at an angle,pull the hair tight and snip it in a upward angle. Next part the hair straight down the center,one side will be a bit shorter, this side is where your part is.

If you are going to cut your own hair buy hair cutters that are made for hair. Section off your hair and cut it a lot longer than the desired style. If you cut to much off you can't get it back. Stand in front of a mirror with good lighting also to ensure good results.

Go to your normal hair salon and get your haircut. But, tell them to leave your bangs alone. You should always cut your own bangs! Part your hair usually. Start cutting from the middle of your face to the outside of your face at a downward angle. Just make sure to blend everything!
