How can I fix my frost proof faucet that leaks?

Well if it is leaking then that means that a screw must be loose here or there. So adjust the screw.

There isn't much you can do about a leaky faucet besides replace it. If a rubber seal is leaking though, you can replace that.

Well if it is leaking quite a bit, you need to adjust the bolts on the faucet. Adjust to a level you think is right and see if it is still leaking.

There are frost free faucets out there that will automatically remove the water from the pipes everytime you turn off the water. Otherwise you could try heattape.

If the leak is coming from behind the Valve then you will need to re-sweat the joint. If the leak is from the valve internally then you may be able to tighten the packing nut found just under the handle, the valve stem goes through this nut.
