It is pretty tough to win a case like this unless their is no footage of you doing it. If the cop or traffic light saw you, then there is usually video. Go to court & plead with the judge.

Go to court and pay the bail. Then you will recieve another court date. The picture will tell if its you driving or not. If not you have it beat. If so you need to show that the camera erred, by physically observing the intersection with your camera. It works both ways.

You can go to court to try and fight a red light ticket. Depending on what actually happened, you could claim that the light was yellow when you entered the intersection and it didn't turn red until you were under it.

It is difficult to fight a red light ticket. If the evidence is a photo, you are guilty. If not, the testimony of a police officer carries much weight.

The easiest way to fight a red light ticket is by showing up. Being that these are seen as minor violations most police officers won't show up to court.
