I would check with people who use a house cleaner and find out what they pay, and compare the area to be cleaned. Find out what exactly needs to be cleaned, and determine how long each will take. Set an hourly rate and multiply the time by this.

We spend lakhs and lakhs of money in building a house. When such being the case we should keep the house clean. Never think it is a waste in spending money for cleaning. Take two or three quotations of different companies. and select the medium rate and do you house cleaning.

Calculate total area to be cleaned. Roughly calculate how much area a man can clean per hour and from this calculate how much area he can clean per day. Divide total area by number of days and multiply it with his wages per day. This way you can estimate how much amount will have to spend for cleaning the house.
