To determine the speaker's wire colors code, usually there are many colors of a wire used in speaker's. Red wire is the Positive and the Black is the Negative(Ground).
Your best bet would be to use pieces of tape to label the speaker wire colors code. Your speaker manual should have a guide for your specific set of speakers that you can consult to get them right! Otherwise you'll need to use trial and error.
