Best way is to use iTunes. Deselect the song for being stored in the iPod. With the next synchronization the song will be removed.

To delete the song from your ipod you need to have itunes downloaded on your pc. From which you can connect your ipod to your pc with a usb cable. Sync the ipod. Select the songs you want to delete. Simply click on delete. And sync again. Your song is deleted.

you delete the song in your itunes list, and then re-synchronize your ipod. then the song you deleted in your itunes will be deleted from your own ipod as well.

The only way to delete a song off your ipod is to delete the song off of Itunes first. Once you delete the song, re sync your ipod.

To delete a song off yoru ipod, simply open your itunes and plug in your ipod to your computer. Now remove song and update.
