Sometimes, utilizing a proxy server can get you around a firewall. Most firewalls at high/middle/elementary schools are set specifically to prevent proxy access, however.

First go to controlpanel, doubleclick securitycenter. you get firewall, update manager, virus protection options, down you can see "manage security settings for" tag, you click on windows firewall and select off.

Unless the security person at your school does not know how to do their job, you can't. You would need access to the security mechanism within the network which is likely a server running a security application. You would need a user account on the server to authenticate yourself and knowledge of the software application.

Short answer: yes. Research HTTP proxies, PHP proxies, URL obfuscation, hexadecimal IP addresses, decimal IP addresses, octal IP addresses, and HTTP auth password cracking. Most school firewalls are weak to one of these methods. I have gotten past firewalls myself by cracking the authentication passwords for the school proxy (got teacher's pass) and by using decimal/octal/hexadecimal IP addresses.

if you're going to do this to go to blocked websites its recommended that you do not do this as you could get into trouble If you really must bypass it you can either ask the administrator or you can use proxy websites to gain access to the blocked website
