Start by following the food pyramid. Eating organic foods is also important because you are getting more vitamins from your food. Many vitamins are lost in foods that are not organic. You should have a lot of energy each day if you are receiving enough nutrition.

Well, note down the nutritional information off the foods you eat. Usually, the label is on the back. Then, be sure to do research of what nutritional requirements you need as per your age group. And do a check to ensure that you are indeed consuming the required nutrition. Multivitamins also help.

It's difficult. Eating all the recommended servings of the food pyramid is a good way to do it. Otherwise, buy multivitamins. It's pretty easy to take a multivitamin and then find protein and calcium in a regular diet, assuming you eat meat and dairy. There are also calcium vitamins which are a good idea in general as well.

Get yourself a copy of the food pyramid guide. Make sure that you're eating foods from the recommended food groups each day. You should also take a multi-vitamin every day to help you get the nutrients that you didn't get. It's pretty much impossible to eat everything you're supposed to each and every day.
