Be bold in approaching these women- most women with money and power have been rejected by men over and over again because their power and wealth intimidates them. If you are comfortable with a powerful and rich woman in your life, be sure to be open about that!

Increase your own income first. Rich women would only be interested in men that are rich also. They would be leery of men interested in them only for the money.

If you are looking to marry a woman just because she has money, you are extremely shallow, but regardless, try hanging out in areas where wealthy people frequent.

Nowadays there are dating sites where you can look for what are called sugar daddies or sugar mommas. I've never actually gone looking for a rich partner but I have seen these sites around the internet. Also on the site I use, OkCupid, you can specify what your requirements are for a partner and wealth is one you can mention.

There are dating sites for that. You can also try looking into the millionaires club. Going to prestigious events. They like to shop at the most expensive stores too. So you can try meeting one there.
