Invite? They can likely visit, and may need a visa, depending on their passports. It is not up to you, however, to "invite" them to live in the US.

You parents can visit the United States pretty easily. They will need passports or "permission to travel" from their nation of origin and then apply for a tourist visa. If they want to stay that is harder. The US has been restrictive of new immigrants. They could try to get a refugee status but it is difficult.

Your parents must apply for a visa. There is much to be considered, including their backgrounds, country of origin, and a host of specific circumstances. The fact that you are now a citizen does not afford them any kind of special privilege, per se.

You will be able to sponsor your parents on a visitors visa. Since you are a citizen it should not take long. You can also file for permanent status later.

First, your status must allow you to do this. Your parents will need B-2 visitor visas. Consult the US Dept of State for what will be required.

A u.S. citizen could sponsor her non-citizen parents in the U.S., so long as the parents have permission to travel from their country, and that they are approved for a B-2 visitor's Visa to enter the U.S. The citizen would need to officially invite her parents via a letter to them, and show evidence of financial support for the visit.
