That totally depends on the breed type and how big his parents are. Of course a Great Dane and a Collie will be two different sizes when they are grown up.

How big the puppy will get depends on the type of dog he is. It can be as big as over four feet tall to less than a foot tall.

This all depends on the breed of dog you have selected. If you have a Chihuahua for example, it should weigh under ten pounds when fully grown. A Great Dane on the other hand should weigh 100.

Some say to look at his paws - large paws usually mean you will have a large dog. A better way ,if possible, is to look at the mother and father. Usually, but not always, this can give you a good idea.

It depends on if you know the father and the mother. Or, by how much it weighs. If it weighs close to 40 pounds and it is only 4 months old, then you are going to have a big dog. If it weighs around 20-30, then it will be a medium size dog. Any smaller is a lap dog.

This is a great question! You probably won't be able to know that unless you know what breed of dog it is. Ask your local vet.

You can get a general idea of how big your puppy will be by looking at the breed standard and by looking at the height of the dog's parents.

How big your puppy will be when full grown will always be determined by its breed and if it does or does not have certain medical issues.

This depends on your puppy's breed. Look at the parents' size if you aren't sure of the breed.
