A chihuahua puppy is small enough to fit in your hand and will grow up to 12-15 inches tall and weigh around 3-7 pounds in 1.5-2 years.

It always depends on genetics, but you could expect most chihuahua puppies to weigh 5-7 pounds, obviously smaller within it's first months. Most puppies should be full-grown within a year.

They are about the same size as a new born kitten and they aren't full grown until they are about six months old.

They are usually about one to two pounds as puppies. Full size adult dogs can range anywhere from four to eight pounds. They usually take about six to nine months to get to their muture adult size. It is impossible to know the exact size a puppy will be because there are too many possibilities.
