First the location is considered. Traffic patterns taken into account and a location for an easy 90 degrees to be placed out. Special material is used to build the bridge. Pre-stressed concrete with the metal called 'rebar'. Careful planning and calculating is in the design of the bridge. Every inch Is laid out and slowly erected.
