Yes Frances Cleveland, the youngest first lady and wife of President Grover Cleveland. Esther Cleveland was born on September 9, 1893. And Patrick Bouvier Kennedy was the youngest child of United States President John F. Kennedy and First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy on August 7, 1963. Sadly he died 2 days later.

I am old enough to remember when Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis gave birth to her second son while John F. Kennedy was the President of the United States. Sadly, the baby only lived three days and succumbed to hyaline membrane disease (due to premature lung development). I can't think of any other presidents and first ladies at this time.

First Lady Jackie Kennedy and President John Kennedy had a premature baby, Patrick, while in office. The baby died of HMD not too long after birth. This was about a year before the assination of JFK and was before there were any treatments for premature lungs. His death was one of the major spurs to develope treatments.
