People take all kinds of medication to loose weight. But the less expensive way is the best. Make a plan, stick to it. Excerise some every day or walk. Eat 3 meals a day. Leave out the junk food. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure you add protein at every meal, this is not always meat.

Phentermine is an effective appetite suppressant. It is also a prescription medication and should be taken only under the direct supervision of a medical doctor. Phentermine works on appetite suppressors in the stomach to increase feelings of fullness thus helping the patient eat less. A medical doctor can advise if any of your current medications contraindicate phentermine.
